I, Product brief introduction:
Timing belt pulley introduce:
1) circular arc gear is divided into single arc gear and double circular arc gear.
2) the contact line strength of single circular arc gear is higher than that of the involute gear under the same condition, but the bending strength is lower than that of the involute.
3) the circular arc gear mainly adopts the soft tooth surface or the medium hard tooth surface, and usually uses the short tooth when the hard tooth surface is used.

How to determine the synchronous belt wheel model
Synchronous belt wheel tooth shape model and pitch meshing parameters and synchronous belt are the same, (specific can consult: arc-gear synchronous belt or trapezoidal tooth synchronous belt) only need to determine the pulley teeth (or diameter) and synchronous wheel structure, etc.
The number of teeth (or diameter) of the synchronous belt wheel is generally determined by determining the number of teeth of the small wheel, and then the number of teeth is determined by the transmission ratio. In order to ensure the synchronous belt of life, is much bigger than the diameter of the small synchronous belt wheel in the table to allow the minimum bending diameter (see detail page synchronous belt minimum allowable bending diameter) of the new website, then convert into a minimum number of teeth.
As long as the structure and cost are allowed, the number of teeth of the small wheel is slightly better than the allowable minimum number of teeth. After the number of the small wheels is determined, the number of teeth can be determined according to the transmission ratio. According to the structure, the center distance of the two belt wheels is determined, and the length of the pitch or the total number of teeth can be calculated according to the pitch of the synchronous belt.
At this point, the transmission parameters are fully determined. There are many kinds of synchronous belt wheel structure, from the shape can be divided into no flange type B (points only ends with block slice of tooth of BF and no catch gear parts of BS) and A flange type A, namely except has both ends with A block of tooth part and A cylindrical flange (points have A block slice AF type and has no block slice AS type).
